The University
of IAY

Established 2026

Three letters. One sentence. When somebody asks what IAY stands for, there's only one answer — I adore you. This page is the first brick. The full university is on its way.

Tap a letter

That's the whole idea — a name that makes a person ask, and the asking is the gift.

What this is

Not a building. A circle.

The University of IAY has no campus, no classrooms, and no admissions office. It's a circle of people who are adored — and who adore somebody back.

No tuition

Nobody pays to belong here. Adoration isn't sold by the semester.

No tests

There's nothing to pass and nothing to prove. You're not graded on being loved.

No graduation

You don't finish being adored. Once you're in the circle, you're in it for good.

Where it leads

IAY is the start. Impressions is the destination.

The University of IAY is planned as a 100% nonprofit — the first of several ideas, and the first piggy bank. Every dollar it raises is meant to flow up to the lead company above it all: Impressions.

And Impressions' money has a direction: mainly to women and children — especially children ages 4 to 16. Kids who are alone more than any kid should be. Women who need the means to make their own choices. That's not a slogan. That's the whole reason this exists.

First

University of IAY

The name, the shirts, the question everybody asks: “What does IAY stand for?”

Then

Impressions

The lead company. Every dollar from IAY goes here, and from here it goes out to do the work.

Always

Women & children

The top two. Children ages 4–16 first — and the women raising them, standing on their own feet.

The mission

Nine things worth building

IAY is idea number one. Behind it stand the causes Impressions was built to serve — each one its own effort, all of them feeding the same top company.

  1. 1
I Adore You — the University of IAY itself. Where it all starts.
  2. 2
Children ages 4–16 — the heart of it. No child should have to feel alone in the world.
  3. 3
Children's mental health — help that reaches a kid early, while it can still change the story.
  4. 4
Women's freedom — her own money, her own account, her own choice. Independence taught young, starting in high school.
  5. 5
Sick children — standing alongside the work of Make-A-Wish and St. Jude.
  6. 6
Pets — people adore their pets second only to their kids. That love counts too.
  7. 7
Breaking down racism — one of the biggest obstacles standing in the way of all the rest.
  8. 8
The LGBTQ community — everybody deserves to be adored for exactly who they are, and to belong in the circle.
  9. 9
The Special Olympics — athletes with disabilities, recognized and celebrated out loud for what they can do.

In the founder's words

Words we stand on

“A woman who can't afford to leave isn't choosing to stay.”

WHY WOMEN'S INDEPENDENCE COMES FIRST — EVERY PARTNERSHIP NEEDS AN EXIT SHE CAN AFFORD

“Recognition matters more than reward. Catch a mother being a good mom and tell her — she'll carry that memory into the hard moments, long after any prize is spent.”

THE PRINCIPLE BEHIND ADORING PEOPLE OUT LOUD

“We were all born to die, but we were born to die with a purpose.”

PURPOSE AND MEANING — AND LEAVING SOMETHING BEHIND THAT'S WORTH SOMETHING

A gift, not just a shirt

The first University of IAY pieces are hoodies, T-shirts, and hats — made to be given. To a girlfriend. A spouse. A best friend. Even a beloved pet's person. Hand it over, and wait for the question:

“What does IAY stand for?”
“I adore you.”
